This special order model, the "DS496IR ASH/AT/A-MAHO," is now in stock! The body is made of African mahogany, with a top of beautiful ash wood that has been stained to reveal the grain. The neck is made of aquatimber maple, and the fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood. The use of ash wood for the top makes the sparkle of the single-coil pickups when tapped stand out even more, giving it a brighter sound.
