Product overview A mysterious Jazz Bass, likely a custom order model from 1997-2000, has arrived! The most mysterious point is that it's a Jazz Bass with a one-piece maple neck. The nut width is about 38mm, and the headstock clearly says JAZZ BASS, but it has an odd specification of a 21-fret, overhanging one-piece maple neck, which is absolutely impossible to find in vintage style instrument. Looking at Fender Japan's lineup from that time, there are no models that use a neck like this, making this a truly mysterious instrument. The coloring is also a rare LPB, and the various parts have been upgraded, including a Seymour Duncan SJB-3, CTS, Switchcraft jack, and Badass II bridge, so it's impossible to know what it originally looked like.
